  I don't know whether it's just me or if perhaps everybody else encountering issues with your blog. It appears as though some of the text in your posts are running off the screen.   First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
