  First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.   With havin so much written content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? My website has a lot of completely unique content I've either authored myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement.
